Matthew serves as the Director of the Thryv Small Business Foundation where he guides and oversees the foundation’s vision, direction and strategic partnerships. The Thryv Small Business Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which empowers, develops and invests in small businesses so they can be more successful, make better decisions and inspire their community.
Team Freeze Foundation
Team Freeze Foundation is a 501(c)3, nonprofit corporation, that was founded by Former NFL Player Jerraud Powers and close friends. The group specializes in helping families in need of immediate help but also focuses on youth and helping communities acheive their goals.
Matthew is a board member & Chief Marketing Officer.

The Thryv Foundation invests in small businesses through education and efforts like its Small Business Ambassador Program, which offers live webinar training around the country.
In addition, the foundation develops entrepreneurs by speaking to and working with Small Business Development Centers, vocational schools and local communities; and invests in small business America through in-kind donations and small business grants gifting the tools needed to start, run and grow their businesses.
